tentang Prince of Persia : The Sands of Time (2010)

they're making a movie out of yet another game. i have to say i dont expect Prince of Persia will be a good movie but some people did say the movie makers are really serious with this movie and they have 'blockbuster worthy' budget and crew working on it. and some compared it to Pirates of the Caribbean franchise. well.. it is produced by Jerry Bruckheimer.

the story will be different from the game but since the creator of the game is part of the movie team.. i guess it kinda makes it ok. or is it? neway.. it will be different.

jake gyllenhaal (Donnie Darko, Brokeback Mountain) looks different eh? i almost didnt recognize him when i first saw the poster.

now having read the cast and crew list on IMDB, i think this movie could probably be awesome. would be pretty cool if they made those wall leap moves like in the game.

  1. I really like the video game. Hope the movie is as good. Resident evil wasn't too bad right!

  2. not too bad no. i think its enjoyable but, for me, i'd rent the dvd or borrow one from a friend. not the kind i'd watch at the movies (unless someone pays for my ticket :P)

of all zombie movies.. my top 3 favs are -
    1) shaun of the dead
    2) 28 days/weeks later
    3) resident evil series

  3. he doesn't look the part, nor can he live up to the actions and acrobatics that the Prince is KNOWN for!

this guy will definitely give JusticE!

  4. i'll wait for the movie to come out and judge if jake gyllenhaal could or couldnt live up to it. and besides..stunt teams and special effects and visual effects will be used in the movie. so it might look cool anyway.

but then again.. i dont remember seeing him doing any acrobatics in his movies before.
